Pavel Sukhachev is the founder of Electromania LLC, a visionary entrepreneur, and a lifelong technologist whose journey spans the early days of the internet, global ventures in consumer tech and crypto, and now a relentless focus on artificial intelligence and automation.
From a young age, Pavel has lived at the intersection of curiosity and creation. Born in Moscow, Russia, and educated in Britain, his worldview was shaped by cultures far beyond his own. At just 10 years old, a family-owned restaurant gave him his first computer—a Compaq 386—and with it, an open door to explore. By 14, he was already building databases, experimenting with networks, and realizing that technology wasn't just a tool—it was a way to shape the future.
By the late 1990s, Pavel had turned curiosity into enterprise. With no Google yet in sight, he mastered early search engines like Yahoo! and AltaVista, optimizing websites, driving traffic, and building an affiliate business that grew from $400 a month to over $20,000. He proved that even from Moscow, it was possible to build and run a real business in the United States—long before global remote work became a norm.
But like every true entrepreneur, his path wasn't without setbacks. In 2009, Pavel shifted to the physical world, launching Computer Plaza, a fast-growing Apple-focused retail and import business. At its peak, it generated over $100 million in revenue, employed 150 people, and pioneered systems in remote call centers, logistics, and ERP. Yet, when global events shook Russia's economy in 2014, the financial pressure proved too great. By 2016, he closed the business—learning firsthand that scale requires discipline, focus, and resilience.
Rather than retreat, Pavel reinvented. Drawn to blockchain and decentralized finance, he co-founded Savl GmbH (later Unity Wallet) in Switzerland, raising $5 million and building one of the first crypto wallets regulated to hold equity in Bitcoin. His leadership turned ideas into global adoption, with users across 140 countries. But after years in the crypto frontier, he felt the pull toward something even larger: artificial intelligence.
In 2021, Pavel founded Electromania LLC in Florida, dedicated to building AI-first automation systems for banks, startups, and small businesses. From processing handwritten merchant applications for U.S. banks to training development teams to double productivity with AI agents, Electromania embodies Pavel's philosophy: automation, simplification, and scalable growth. Alongside Electromania, Pavel is building Adaptopia—a movement and community hub where early AI adopters can learn, certify, and connect with businesses in need of automation.
His work is guided by the values that have shaped his life: integrity, innovation, resilience, and service. A pivotal moment came in 2016, when a deep personal training helped him shift his mindset—replacing ego and noise with clarity, accountability, and conscious choice. Since then, Pavel has seen mindset as the true foundation of success, teaching that daily habits and compounding actions reshape both businesses and lives.
Today, Pavel lives in Aventura, Florida with his family. His routines—yoga, running, content creation, and connecting with people—keep him grounded in both discipline and creativity. Beyond business, he is passionate about design, minimalism, music, and empowering people to become creators of their own success rather than passive observers.
For Pavel, AI is not just technology—it's the next great lever of human potential. His ten-year vision is clear: to help millions embrace abundance, transform businesses with automation, and strengthen America's role as a leader in AI innovation.
He knows success isn't instant, and it isn't easy. It's earned—decision by decision, habit by habit, day by day.
